The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) advocates the appropriate use of technology in mathematics classrooms. There is ample evidence to suggest that technology can lead to improved student learning. Technology usage can also allow students and teachers to address real-world mathematics problems, as well as focus more on concepts and less on computational minutia.

For this task, you will provide a lesson plan that incorporates student-centered technology to enhance student creativity, learning, and understanding in solving real-world mathematics problems.

Requirements:

A. Create an original secondary-level lesson plan for your classroom using the attached Lesson Plan Format. Include the following in your lesson plan:
1. A real-world mathematics problem
2. A student-centered technology that solves the problem in part A1

Note: You may use a lesson plan you have previously created. Your lesson plan should be written with enough detail so that a substitute could pick it up and teach from it. Be sure to include all problems, homework, assessments, etc. with your lesson. Also, be sure your objective is measurable, and include time allotments for each section.

B. Explain the use of the technology from the lesson plan by doing the following:
1. Explain how the technology would enhance student learning and understanding in solving real-world mathematics problems.
2. Explain how technology from the lesson plan could limit student learning and understanding in solving real-world mathematics problems.
3. Explain how to overcome the limitation from part B2 to increase student learning and understanding.
4. Explain one way the technology from the lesson plan could enhance student creativity in solving real-world mathematics problems.
